“ Motorcycling Australia was given a large public grant by our municipal government and the State Government of Victoria, Australia to develop a longstanding club-based Motocross facility in our rural community into a major regional motorsports facility. There was no consideration of the noise impact on nearby homes, the closest of which was 260 meters from the start line. The planning issues were complex.
