Before commencing a working relationship with Expert Witness Solutions,
it will be necessary for both parties to agree on terms. Outlined below are
samples of forms that may need to be completed. Details will be finalized
prior to both parties signing the agreements. Terms of billing are also
available for examination in the document "Rates and Fees". Rates must
be agreed upon before work commences.
